Welcome To the 3E Special Education Digital Community

Developed in direct response to the Special Education Initiative between WCU and the Philadelphia School district, 3E Institute’s Digital Community and On-line Database focuses on the academic experience that will be available to Philadelphia teachers and administrators in the field of special education.

The term blog, short for 'Web Log', refers to a list of journal entries posted on a Web page. A typical blog is made up of short, frequently updated posts that are arranged in reverse chronological order. The content and purposes of blogs varies greatly—from commentary about politics, to news about a company, to personal diaries, poetry, or essays.

Dr. George Drake, Associate Dean, College of Education, at West Chester University, started an Education blog for the 3E Institute web site. To learn more about the blog and the recent updates to the 3e special education site download and listen to our podcast.
